4. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Appointments can be scheduled by calling or emailing our office or through our online booking system.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in a cancellation or no show fee.
  • ACRM reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Patient Responsibilities

As a patient, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your health history and any medications you are taking.
  • Follow all instructions given by ACRM medical staff for treatment.
