In an effort to best serve our patients, ACRM offers telehealth appointments for new patient consultations, treatment planning for established and new patients, and preconception counseling. Our telehealth appointments can keep you moving forward on your path to parenthood.
Telehealth appointments are subject to payment, co-pays, and insurance submission. Please direct questions concerning insurance coverage or out-of-pocket expenses for these telemedicine options to your insurance company by asking for an explanation of your fertility benefits. In addition to telehealth appointments, our Buckhead, Perimeter, and Marietta locations are open and seeing patients for select appointment types.
Medical Records
Prior to becoming a new patient, you will need to provide medical records for any previous fertility treatments, annual gynecological exams, and/or immunization records. You can send these records to medicalrecords@acrm.com or fax them to 678.303.0482.
New Patient Telehealth Appointment
You will receive a new patient questionnaire 48 hours prior to your telehealth appointment via text and email. Please be sure to fill this out to its entirety and confirm your appointment to ensure you will receive your virtual visit link. Please also have the Zoom app downloaded prior to your appointment time.
Your doctor will have reviewed your medical history and be prepared to discuss their recommendations and establish an individualized plan for you. Your doctor will authorize necessary testing and may propose pretreatment options that can assist your fertility journey and equip your body for pregnancy.
Fertility Testing
ACRM provides fertility testing to healthy patients who do not have COVID-19 symptoms. These appointments include ultrasounds, blood work, HSG, and semen analysis.
Treatment and Financial Planning
Your doctor will review all results from testing appointments, explain any diagnoses, provide their recommended treatment options, and identify when treatment should be initiated.
You will also have the option to meet with an ACRM Financial Coordinator at any point during your journey to discuss your financing options and expenses specific to your treatment plan. .
